Do not let luggage question weigh you down
Helicopter flight-friendly luggage
Our Air Carrier partners may require cabin luggage not to exceed dimensions of 56cm x 36cm x 23cm (total linear dimensions cannot exceed 113cm) and 10kg in weight.
Before you get to the heliport lounge, make sure your cabin luggage does not exceed the permitted allowance or you'll be advised to purchase luggage transport at the lounge and be subject to excess fees and waiting time.
Ground transport for heavier luggage
Our Air Carrier partners do not transport luggage beyond the cabin luggage specifications via helicopter due to safety reasons. Instead, heavier luggage will have to be checked-in and transported by ground vehicle. This Luggage Transport service would have to be purchased separately while booking a flight ticket.
Don't risk missing your flight. If you exceed your allowance and insist on bringing the luggage onboard, the assigned pilot has the right to offload you from the flight due to excess luggage.
Ground transport for large sports and musical instruments
Sometimes, you may have to transport large or heavy items when flying. We recommend availing of our luggage transport service for sporting equipment and musical instruments. Some restrictions may apply to extremely large items or a large number of items.
If you need to transport these types of items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Smart Luggages with integrated lithium batteries which may include motors, power banks, GPS, GSM, Bluetooth, RFID or Wi-Fi technology.
